But when we dive in a little deeper we often come to realize there is so much gray to wade through. Your history, your experiences, your feelings, your LIFE all impact your present relationship with food and sometimes, to get to the place that you find ideal, you have to do some processing. 

This could look like expressing how you’re feeling about a recent diagnosis you received. Or it could look like reflecting on how things were at your childhood dinner table - the good, the bad, and the messy. It could look like lamenting about your lack of sleep as a new mom.

You might wonder, what does any of this have to do with nutrition? Well, all these things can and do impact why you do what you do.

Consider getting connected with a safe and trusted human being (or multiple!) and allow the time and space to talk, listen, and learn.
