Hi, I’m Gabrielle.

Hey really quick - if you’re thinking this is another diet hack or a weight loss plan, stop scrolling.

You won’t like it here. It’ll 100% be a total let down.

Bye bye, ILYSM 🧡

Diets can fail for multiple reasons. For most people, it’s more than one.

You can do something about this today.

Lack of sustainability

Most people can white-knuckle their way through anything for a while. But it’s important to consider how long that can last.

Lack of flexibility

If your plan doesn’t have room for fun, for celebration, for LIFE… it’s probably not gonna last.

Lack of personalization

Generalized diet plans do not consider a person on an individual level. The recommendations are usually be a catch-all that don’t tend to work for everyone.

Shame and guilt vibes

The burden of whether or not something “works” is all on you. So if you mess up, you’re often left with a spiral of negative self-talk.

Establishing unrealistic expectations

Making promises that are mostly impossible to keep. These promises often prey on the vulnerable areas and capitalize on insecurities.

Inadequate nutrition

Straight up not eating enough is not gonna fly with your body for long.

These six realities (and so many more) can be at the root of why most diets don’t work and definitely don’t stick.

This self-paced program will help you personalize your FOOD PHILOSOPHY to gain food freedom so your overall health improves.

The Nourish Yourself Program

After counseling numerous people through disordered eating, food frustration, complicated relationships with food, we created a resource that can be taken at your own pace.

This isn’t about control, willpower, or weight loss. It’s about pushing back on the unhelpful narratives we learn over time and giving yourself permission to care for your body with kindness and clarity.

All at your own pace.

Improving Nutrition Since 2012

Every person deserves an opportunity to improve their relationship with food and their body.

Growth looks so good on you.

A once size fits all approach doesn’t work. We have to consider the vast array of differences from person to person.

Module 1: Orientation - You are not the problem.

  • Reflect on your personal food and body story.

Module 2: Understanding Diet Culture and Its Impact - What you’re unlearning matters.

  • Get curious, myth-bust, and reframe your ingrained narratives.

Module 3: Rebuilding Body Trust - Your body is not broken; it’s wise.

  • Learn about interoceptive awareness, non-judgmental observation, and how to get connected to your body’s own wisdom.

Module 4: Nourishment without Rules - All foods fit. No, seriously.

  • Think of this as “Eating 101.” We’ll lay the foundation for nourishment that sticks with you for good. We’ll get into the practical question that everyone has - “What am I supposed to eat?”

Module 5: Shifting the Inner Voice - Criticism is not a great motivator - compassion is.

  • Let’s step away from being your own bully.

Bonus

Module 6: Caring for the Whole You - Your “health” is bigger than what you eat.

  • How many times do we hear that your health comes down to “diet and exercise?” Well, we know it’s much more than that. We’ll talk about what it looks like to truly care for yourself.

Module 7: Identity and Body Image - You are allowed to take up space.

  • Let’s talk about your values - your life’s guideposts - and how they can come into play in your healing.

Module 8: Integration + Next Steps - There’s not “after” - just real life.

  • The goal is to move forward with peace - not chaos.

Grow Your Confidence.

It’s completely possible to stop the tension between you, your food, and your body. In this course, we will:

  1. Empower you to see that you are not the problem

  2. Expose and unlearn harmful diet culture beliefs

  3. Reconnect with your body’s wisdom

Honestly, life is already complicated enough.

Nourish Yourself is an online course for anyone who’s over the diet rollercoaster but not sure what comes next. You’ll get a mix of real-talk videos, simple tools, and reflection prompts to help you untangle from diet culture, rebuild trust with your body, and find a way of eating that actually supports your life (not runs it).
